We Accept All Digital Scans

From its inception, Smile Dental Lab has prioritized the integration of digital innovation. While it’s not obligatory, we strongly advise considering the transition from conventional to digital for your dental practice. This shift is poised to bring about heightened effectiveness, efficiency, and sustained success. Please refer to the instructions below for details on partnering with us and submitting digital scans to our lab.

  1. Enhanced Efficiency: Digital methods streamline the entire dental workflow, from diagnosis to treatment planning. It reduces time spent on manual tasks and increases the speed of processes.

  2. Improved Accuracy and Precision: Digital scans offer greater accuracy compared to traditional impressions. They provide detailed and precise images, crucial for effective treatment planning.

  3. Better Patient Experience: Digital scans are often more comfortable for patients compared to traditional molds. They are quicker and less invasive, enhancing patient satisfaction.

  4. Easy Storage and Access: Digital files can be stored electronically, saving physical space. They are also easily accessible for future reference.

Itero

  • Log in to your iTero/Align Tech Doctor’s portal.
  • Navigate to “Add Preferred Lab” and input our lab’s Company ID (110270) to connect your practice with Smile Dental Lab directly.
  • If any issues appear, please call iTero’s support line directly to set up Smile Dental Lab as your “Preferred Lab” – simply provide them with our Company ID (110270), and they will connect your practice with our lab directly.

CS Connect Carestream

  • Login to your CS Connect Doctor’s Portal.
  • In the toolbar on the top-right of your screen, click on the “Partners” icon.
  • In the “Partners” window, click “Add a Partner”.
  • In the email field, enter the email address for Smile Dental Lab: [email protected].
  • Click “Send” – your invitation will now be sent to Smile Dental Lab, and a new “Partner” entry will be created in your list of “Partners”.

DEXIS

  • Log in to your Dexis Doctor’s Portal.
  • In the toolbar on the top-right of your screen, click on the “Partners” icon.
  • In the “Partners” window, click “Add a Partner”.
  • In the email field, enter the email address for Smile Dental Lab: [email protected].
  • Click “Send” – your invitation will now be sent to Smile Dental Lab, and a new “Partner” entry will be created in your list of “Partners”.

Medit Link

  • Sign in through your Medit Link account.
  • Click on “Partners” in the left-hand column.
  • Select “Search for Partners” at the top.
  • Click in the search bar and type in our digital department’s email address: [email protected].
  • Smile Dental Lab will populate.
  • Select our lab to add us as a partner.

Dentsply Sirona

  • Log in to your Sirona Connect Doctor’s Portal.
  • Navigate to the “Add” section.
  • Under “My Account,” click on “My Favorite Laboratories.”
  • Select “Search Labs.”
  • Enter Smile Dental Lab in the Company Name field.
  • If not found, search by location – choose “United States” and enter the Smile Dental Lab’s Florida zip code: “33487.”
  • Find Smile Dental Lab and click on the plus sign in the “Add” column.
  • Your scans are now ready to be sent; choose Smile Dental Lab from your drop-down menu.
