Proper packing is crucial to ensure the quality of your case. Please follow these guidelines:
Place all impressions and bite registrations in the provided biohazard bag and seal it securely.
Place the completed RX form in the separate outer pocket of the biohazard bag.
If shipping an articulator, either remove and wrap the models individually, or securely anchor the separated articulator pieces in the box with ample padding.
Place loose crowns, implant parts, or shade tabs in a sealed plastic bag or small container to prevent loss.
Use extra bubble wrap to fill any empty space in the shipping box to prevent movement and breakage during transit.
Ensure all case details, material preferences, and return dates are clearly marked before placing in the outer pocket of your biohazard bag.
